Justice Services International (JSI) is a joint venture formed among three companies: Mission Essential Personnel (MEP), Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology (EODT), and DECO, Inc. JSI is a mission focused company singularly created to provide criminal justice, law enforcement, and mission support personnel in support of Department of State (DOS), Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Justice (DOJ), and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) nation building missions overseas.
